Hours of Play and Restrictions

Weekdays

Reservations will be needed for starting times. The procedure for weekday starting times is as follows: Members may reserve by phone or in person 7 days in advance.

Weekday play starts at 7:00 a.m.

Tuesdays

Men and Juniors are restricted from teeing off the 1st tee between 9:00 a.m. — 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. — 5:00 p.m. (Ladies Day).

Wednesdays

Ladies and Juniors are restricted from teeing-off from the 1st tee between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. during Men's League. Juniors are also restricted from using the driving range during the above specified times.

Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays

Juniors are allowed to tee-off before 1:00 p.m. if accompanied by a full member, or 3:00 p.m. if playing alone.

Note: The following days are recognized as holidays:

Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day and any new holidays that may be announced after publication of this Roster. (Holidays are considered as Sunday routine).

Starting Times

The first starting time each day is 7:00 a.m.
The Pro Shop and locker rooms will be open 30 minutes
prior to the first official time; i.e. 6:30 a.m. on each day.

Starting Time Procedure

Weekend and holiday tee-off time reservations are on a card system. (Green/Sat — Blue/Sun — White/Hol).
A minimum of two names is required to obtain a reserved time. The Committee reserves the right to complete the foursome.
Draws will be made by 7:00 a.m. Thursday morning for Saturday, and by 7:00 a.m. Friday morning for Sunday and holidays.
Cards can be submitted up to a week in advance of the draw only. The card box is located between the locker rooms at the front entrance.
The committee, starters or Pro Shop staff will not complete cards. It is the players' responsibility to complete and sign the card.
Only one Member of the group shall phone the Starter to confirm the group's time. This player will then inform the other Members of the group.
Reservation of electric carts and confirmation of times can be made any time after 8:00 a.m. the morning following the draw.
Singles can phone any time after 8:00 a.m. the morning following the draw to obtain a time.
Tee times for weekday play will be made in the normal fashion. Phone up to a week in advance.

Tournaments

Club Tournaments may from time to time infringe on the playing hours listed. Tournament draw is normally booked on Thursday prior to the tournament.

Golf Carts

Powered carts will be available on a rental basis from the Pro Shop. No other power cart will be permitted on the course.
Powered golf carts must follow cart signs.
No more than 2 persons are permitted to ride on a power cart at any time.
Persons under the age of 16 years are not permitted to operate power carts.
Powered carts will be assigned at the Pro Shop on a Reservation system. Members using carts must sign for them prior to leaving the Pro Shop.
The Club reserves the right to refuse to rent a power cart to any player.
Pull carts are provided for all Members. The cost is included in Club Storage charges.
Privately owned manual pull carts may not be stored on club premises.
Members will be held responsible for damage to carts or accidents that arise from any infraction of these rules.
